AviaAM Leasing, a WSE listed global aviation holding company engaged in commercial aircraft acquisition, leasing and sales, announced the delivery of an Airbus A321-211 to the Canadian carrier Air Transat. The aircraft will supplement an Airbus A321, which was delivered by AviaAM Leasing earlier this month.
The aircraft was delivered at Kaunas, Lithuania on April 27, fresh from C-check. The aircraft is joining Air Transat’s fleet under a 10-year operating lease agreement. AviaAM Leasing is pleased to be able to work with the Canadian carrier and anticipates expending the relationship with joint projects in the future.
“I am pleased to share we have successfully completed our first project with Air Transat – two A321-211 aircraft were delivered to the carrier ahead of schedule. I believe both, AviaAM Leasing and our partner FL Technics MRO, demonstrated high standards of work and flexibility thus setting tone for a promising future that will open the door to many more opportunities with Air Transat’’ – commented Mantas Meizneris, VP Sales at AviaAM Leasing.
Air Transat is AviaAM Leasing’s first client in North America. Dedication from both parties led to an early aircraft delivery and the establishment of a solid foundation for future cooperation.
