Aviation Capital Group (ACG), a global full-service aircraft asset manager, appointed Cronan Enright to the newly created position of head of strategy. Enright joins ACG with over two decades of experience in leadership roles throughout the aviation value chain, having worked with aircraft lessors, manufacturers, airlines, advisors and investors, including leadership roles with Airbus, GECAS, CDB Aviation and his own advisory business, Avanti. Enright will be based in ACG’s Dublin office, reporting to the chief investment officer, Rob Downes.
“I am very excited to welcome Cronan to ACG, and to a key leadership role within our Strategic Investment team,” Downes said. “Cronan’s experience will be critical to delivering on our ambitious growth strategy, and to the optimization of our portfolio as we continue to build an ever stronger, more competitive business.”
“I am thrilled to be joining ACG at this important time,” Enright said. “I have long been an admirer of the business: its clear, strategic vision, the impressive growth trajectory, the high caliber of its team, all backed by an outstanding shareholder, Tokyo Century. I look forward to contributing to the company’s unfolding story and strengthening its position as a leading global lessor.”
