Avolon Reduces Price of $672MM Term Loan B Facility

Avolon, an aircraft leasing company, repriced its $672 million senior secured term loan B-5 facility, which has a maturity date of December 2027, at LIBOR plus 2.25% from LIBOR plus 2.5%, with a LIBOR floor of 0.5%, which was reduced from 0.75%.
Headquartered in Ireland, with offices in the United States, Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai, Avolon provides aircraft leasing and lease management services. Avolon is 70% owned by an indirect subsidiary of Bohai Leasing and 30% owned by ORIX Aviation Systems. As of June 30, 2021, Avolon had an owned, managed and committed fleet of 837 aircraft.
