Banyan Software acquired Dominion Leasing Software, a company that provides accounting and asset management solutions to the equipment finance industry.

Headquartered in Powhatan, VA, Dominion Leasing Software offers a back-end accounting solution that combines features such as asset-level maintenance tracking with a user-configurable interface.
