Vince Belcastro has joined Element as Group Head, Syndications. He will be based out of New York City and will work closely with the sales and finance teams across Element Fleet Management.

Belcastro is a seasoned and entrepreneurial financial executive. He will play a key role in building out Element’s multi-billion syndication capability and strengthening and de-risking its investment-grade balance sheet.

Belcastro is a proven leader with the ability to lead and originate; manage operations and risk; institute best practices; and foster new business-related opportunities while balancing portfolio credit risk. He brings more than 25 years’ experience in the senior secured, structured finance and equipment lease & lending related arenas.

Belcastro’s most recent position was with Santander Bank where he built and grew a full-service nationally based Equipment Finance and Leasing business. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles initiating, executing and staffing large-scale finance initiatives at organizations including CIT Group and Citibank.

Belcastro is a member of Monitor’s Editorial Board.
