Beneficial EF Files Suit to Collect on Delinquent Leases

According to the Pennsylvania Record, Beneficial Equipment Finance (fka/Conestoga Equipment Finance) filed suit in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas against Natalie Stimpson (dba/The Dental Bar) of Mesquite, Texas and Natalie Stimpson, as an individual, of Cedar Hill, TX.
The Record notes that that the defendants entered into two lease arrangements of $12,293 and $67,994 on or around the end of December 2013. According to the Record, the litigation alleges the defendant made monthly payments until late October 2015, but failed to make any further payments, thus being in default of both agreements.
Beneficial is seeking damages of $50,247 plus additional interest, late charges and cost of attorney’s fees, according to the Record.
