Navtej Bhullar joined Lazard Middle Market as a managing director in its Healthcare Group, which is focused on healthcare providers and other healthcare services. He is based in New York.

“Nav has over a decade of experience in covering middle market healthcare providers,” said David Solomon, head of Lazard’s middle market advisory business. “His practice has covered a wide spectrum of healthcare businesses, including hospitals, post-acute care providers, outpatient surgery centers, senior care services and behavioral health.”

Prior to joining Lazard, Bhullar was a managing director in the Healthcare Investment Banking Group at Goldman Sachs, where he helped lead healthcare services coverage across the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining Goldman in 2005, he served in a corporate finance role at Citigroup from 2001 to 2005. He began his career in corporate strategy with the Tata Group in India.

Lazard’s middle market advisory business provides financial and strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, financing of debt and equity and restructuring to mid-sized companies.
