Lawrence “Larry” F. Flick, Blank Rome’s vice chair, partner, and chair of the Financial Services industry team, who launched the firm’s Equipment Leasing practice, remarked, “Equipment finance continues to be a growing part of the firm’s business, covering securitization, tax-advantaged transactions, transport finance, and energy receivables and equipment. Over the years, Blank Rome’s lawyers have served on the ELFA Board of Directors, its Legal Committee, and Stephen T. Whelan currently chairs the Energy Finance Subcommittee.
