BMO Financial Group opened BMO Tower, its new U.S. headquarters in Chicago. The 50-story building is located in Chicago’s West Loop Gate neighborhood.

“BMO Tower represents a major investment by BMO in Chicago,” David Casper, U.S. CEO for BMO Financial Group, said. “We’re the largest bank in the world that has its U.S. headquarters in Chicago, a market in which we have a long, proud history of more than 160 years.”

Lightfoot, mayor of Chicago, said. “BMO Tower will stand as a testament to our city’s thriving corporate amenities and bustling downtown area. More than 3,000 employees will be based at BMO Tower, which at more than 700 feet is the tallest officer tower west of Canal Street in Chicago. The main floor of the tower features a brand new BMO branch.

BMO Tower, developed by Riverside Investment & Development, is fully ADA compliant and features touchless wave sensors at entryways, braille and tactile lettering signage and accessible water filling stations.
