BOC Aviation Takes Delivery of Nine Aircraft in Q3/2019



BOC Aviation released its operational transactions for the third quarter of 2019, which included taking delivery of nine aircraft during Q3.

Other highlights from the quarter include:

  • A total fleet of 509 aircraft owned, managed and on order as of September 30, 2019
  • An average aircraft age of 3.1 years and an average remaining lease term of 8.3 years for the 309 owned aircraft fleet, weighted by net book value
  • An order book of 164 aircraft
  • Signed 11 lease commitments
  • A customer base of 92 airlines in 40 countries and regions in the owned and managed portfolios
  • Sold 13 owned aircraft
  • A managed fleet of 36 aircraft
  • Aircraft utilisation of 99.5%

BOC Aviation is a global aircraft operating leasing company with a fleet of 509 aircraft owned, managed and on order. Its owned and managed fleet was leased to 92 airlines worldwide in 40 countries and regions as of September 30, 2019.
