Borland Sells US Energy Capital to Morningstar Energy

Jim Borland, president of US Energy Capital and the founding president of the National Association of Equipment Leasing Brokers, sold US Energy Capital to Morningstar Energy in Stuart, FL.
Borland has been active in the equipment leasing industry for more than 40 years and is now living east of Atlanta on Lake Oconee with his wife of 52 years.
US Energy Capital specializes in the retail petroleum and convenience store industries. The company has had close relationships with the marketers for Conoco, Texaco, Citgo, Star Enterprises and Shell Oil Company.
