CapX Partners, a provider of middle-market equipment leasing and financing programs, added Mike Wells as a director.

Prior to joining CapX, Wells was an equipment finance originator at First National Capital Corporation. Prior to FNCC, Wells was in commercial banking at both MB Financial and LaSalle Bank.
