CHP Consulting named Andrew Denton CEO. In addition, Andrew Page will take on the role of executive chairman and Vivienne Maclachlan joined the company as chief financial officer.

Andrew Page, who was formerly CEO of CHP Consulting, said, “It’s the right time for us to implement a new organization to support our growth plans. I will continue to provide commercial oversight and strategic direction, and Andrew Denton will lead the company.”

Maclachlan joins from PwC, where she held the position of director. She has more than 10 years of experience with the Capital Markets team.
