CIT Healthcare Finance served as joint lead arranger and syndication agent for a $65 million senior secured credit facility to private equity firm Blue Wolf Capital Partners.

The financing supported Blue Wolf’s acquisition of National Home Health Care, a home health provider that offers a range of personal care and skilled nursing services. Financing was provided by CIT Bank, the principal bank subsidiary of CIT.
