Univest Capital appointed William Clark president. He will be responsible for the operations and sales departments along with overseeing the planning, budgeting and overall strategy for the business.

Clark has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, previously serving as chief operating officer at Univest Capital. He is active in his local community and regularly volunteers his time to work on projects for Habitat for Humanity.
