CLFP Foundation Adds 15 New CLFPs



The Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP) Foundation reported that 15 individuals recently passed the eight-hour online proctored CLFP exam to earn their CLFP designation, including:

  • Nicholas Balzer, CLFP – Credit Analyst, Vision Financial Group
  • Megan Bystol-Olvera, CLFP – Credit Administration Analyst, John Deere Financial
  • Timothy Creasy, CLFP Associate – Assistant Credit Manager, Crossroads Equipment Lease & Finance
  • Sylvianne Evans, CLFP – Operations Manager for Bank Markets, U.S. Bank Equipment Finance
  • Ryan Flores, CLFP – Vice President and Regional Sales Manager for Capital Equipment Finance, U.S. Bank Equipment Finance
  • Daniel Kvas, CLFP – Vice President, Falcon Equipment Finance, a division of Falcon National Bank
  • Jason Manthei, CLFP – Large Transaction Facilitator, U.S. Bank Equipment Finance
  • Ruth Martens, CLFP – Operational Risk Manager, U.S. Bank Equipment Finance
  • Crystal Murcha, CLFP – Lead for Relationship Management, Amur Equipment Finance
  • Jodie Schimek, CLFP Associate – Credit Analyst, Oakmont Capital Holdings

In preparation for the exam, U.S. Bank Equipment Finance hosted a virtual Academy for Lease & Finance Professionals (ALFP).

“Many of my most respected peers in the equipment finance industry obtained their CLFP credential, which is a true testament to their expertise in this space,” Flores, who attended the ALFP, said. “Continuing my education, diversifying my exposure to the various components and intricacies of equipment finance and networking on a national scale with industry peers allows me to become a more effective and dynamic leader in this space.”

The CLFP designation identifies an individual as a knowledgeable professional to employers, clients, customers and peers in the commercial equipment finance industry. There are CLFPs and associates located throughout the United States (including Puerto Rico), Canada, India, Africa and Australia.
