CoreTech Leasing Expands Executive Sales Team

CoreTech Leasing hired Chuck Gaylord as vice president of national sales, Tony Giovannoli as director of business development, Sean Curran as national SLED team lead, Brian Wood as vice president of regional sales, Mike Richardson as senior account manager and Art Saber as senior business systems analyst.

This expansion of the company’s executive sales team will support the market demand for the company’s independent lease and finance solutions while driving an accelerated growth strategy to expand the company’s presence across multiple equipment finance verticals, including education, legal, medical and warehouse automation. The new executive team will additionally focus on enhancing internal operations.

Combined, the new sales executive team has more than 100 years of expertise in the equipment finance industry. Gaylord, specifically, has more than three decades of leadership experience, most recently holding senior roles at U.S. Bank, IBM Global Financing and Cisco Capital, where he ran the global enterprise sales team in the eastern U.S. Giovannoli also has 30 years of experience in equipment finance, including executive positions with JPMorgan Chase, Pitney Bowes Capital Services, IBM Global Finance and GE Capital.

Richardson has more than 20 years of sales leadership and experience as an individual contributor and a serial entrepreneur. He founded two independent leasing and financing companies and multiple divisions at three separate banks prior to joining CoreTech.

Curran has spent more than 12 years in the banking and financing industry, beginning with Calfirst Bank’s municipalities group, where he began working in the higher education space, eventually becoming the district manager for University Lease.

Wood joined CoreTech with more than a decade of sales experience in equipment leasing and financing, having held senior sales leader positions with three of the United States’ top 25 independent leasing companies. Wood was most recently the West Coast vice president of sales for Celtic Commercial Finance, a division of Fifth Third Bank.

Saber has a track record for driving business processes via business systems in the financial services industry.

“I am thrilled to not only be expanding our sales leadership team but even more so with the caliber of expertise that we are bringing to the company and, most importantly, our clients,” Scott McFetters, president of CoreTech Leasing, said. “CoreTech’s mission has always been about delivering excellence, and I am confident that with the quality of professionals we have in place now that there is no limit to the value we will provide to our clients and to the market.”
