Correction to Update on the Current Aviation Financing Market, ELFA 54th Annual Convention

Sharon Desfor, co-presenter of “Update on the Current Aviation Financing Market” at the ELFA’s 54th Annual Convention, has issued a retraction regarding one of her slides. On slide 32, Sharon said that “B of A mostly got out of helicopters.” She was wrong, and Bank of America is still quite involved in helicopter finance. In fact, Bank Of America’s policy with respect to helicopter financing has not changed in the 16 years since its aircraft finance group was formed in 1999. Bank of America continues to finance both fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft. Desfor sincerely apologizes to her audience and to Bank of America for her error.
