CSI Leasing acquired two companies in Norway: Leasepartner and Leasemaker. CSI Leasing now has leasing subsidiaries in 10 European countries and services customers in more than 50 countries.

CSI Leasing will merge the two companies into one new entity based in Oslo, Norway. All employees will join CSI Leasing from the acquired entities. Day-to-day operations for the companies will be jointly managed by Kenneth Mitsem and David Rognstad.

Co-founded and owned by Mitsem and Rognstad, Leasepartner has been in the Nordic leasing market since 2006. In addition to time at Leasepartner, Mitsem was previously head of enterprise sales for Telia Finance Norway, country manager for Kaupthing Finans NUF and senior sales officer for IT Finans. Rognstad has more than 25 years of leasing and finance experience. Previously, he was general manager of TeliaSonera Finance Norway and CEO of IT Finans and he also held various managerial roles at Telia Finans NUF.
