CSI Leasing has promoted five officers at its global headquarters in St. Louis.
Bill Elmore, has been promoted to senior vice president, Applications Development. Previously vice president of applications development, Elmore will continue to lead a team of developers that programs and maintains CSI’s customer-facing asset information tool, MyCSI, along with several other essential internal applications. Prior to joining CSI, Elmore was an engineer at Mallinckrodt Chemical Co. He earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Elmore has been with CSI for 26 years.
Yvonne Tedder, vice president, human resources. Previously director of human resources, Tedder is responsible for leading CSI’s global human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, and compensation and benefits. Prior to joining CSI, Tedder was director, human resources for Precoat Metals. Tedder earned a master’s degree in human resources development and management from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree in child development from Florida State University. She has been with CSI for two years. Tedder serves on the board of directors for The Bennett Project and is on the board human resources committee for FamilyForward.
Deb Wess, vice president, accounts receivable. Previously assistant vice president of accounts receivable, Wess will continue to manage a team responsible for invoicing CSI’s U.S. and Canadian customers. She earned a bachelor’s degree from State University of New York at Fredonia and has been with CSI for 37 years.
Ryan Bauer, assistant vice president, multinational credit officer. Previously multinational credit officer, Bauer reviews credit standings for CSI’s multinational customers and new global opportunities. He has been with CSI for two years in this current role, however he previously spent more than six years in the finance and credit departments of the company. Between positions at CSI, he held executive roles at Central Bank of St. Louis and Saint Louis Bank. Bauer earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
Michelle Keen, assistant vice president, international accounting manager. Previously international accounting manager, a position she also held at CSI for nearly four years before relocating, Keen manages a team of international accounting specialists that are responsible for the consolidation of all CSI’s foreign subsidiary financial statements. She has also held accounting and finance roles at Ernst & Young, Design Ideas and First National of Nebraska. Keen earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis with an emphasis in accounting, and business, economics and law. She has been with CSI for a total of 6 ½ years.
