CSI Leasing Promotes Officers Biro, Hawk and Prieto

CSI Leasing promoted Marina Biro to vice president and director of internal audit; Meghan Hawk to assistant vice president, global business development; and Ricardo Prieto to assistant vice president, international credit review manager.

Biro joined CSI in 2016 as director of internal audit, having started her career in 1999 with Deloitte. Biro will continue to serve as the chief audit executive for CSI’s 26 subsidiaries around the world. During her five years with CSI, Biro developed the internal audit function, increasing CSI’s assurance and risk management capabilities. As one of her initiatives, Biro implemented an internal guest auditor program to develop talent and motivate CSI’s high performers, as well as improve audit quality. She actively works with CSI’s board of directors and parent company, Tokyo Century Corporation, to ensure appropriate controls are in place and to explain CSI’s business environment and risks. Prior to CSI, Biro held internal auditing roles at Graybar Electric, Savvis, Heritage Home Group (formerly Furniture Brands International) and Deloitte.

Previously operations manager, Hawk will continue her role on CSI’s global desk, guiding multinational customers through the lease onboarding process. Hawk specializes in complex international lease requirements and serves as the central point of contact for account executives and the international operations team for global transactions. Previously, she held positions in CSI’s credit and lease administration departments, which provided her with invaluable knowledge of the leasing industry and CSI’s internal processes. Prior to joining CSI, Hawk was administrative director at Ascension Via Christi Hospital (formerly Mercy Regional Health Center). Hawk has been with CSI for more than nine years.

Previously international credit review manager, Prieto will continue his role overseeing CSI’s international credit operations in Latin America and Asia, as well as global credit reporting. He joined CSI’s subsidiary in Mexico in 2012, holding various roles in the credit department, until moving to the United States in 2017. He has been with CSI for more than nine years.
