CSI Leasing promoted Karyn Voorhees to senior vice president of portfolio management, Dennis Horan to assistant vice president of portfolio management and Tammy Rhodes to assistant vice president and payroll director in the human resources department.

Previously vice president, Voorhees is based in St. Louis and has been with CSI for 32 years. She will continue her role managing lease portfolios. Voorhees specializes in restructuring leases to fit within an organization’s budget and technology needs. Throughout her tenure at CSI, she has held various roles, including product manager, where she was responsible for buying and selling off-lease equipment in the secondary market.

Previously a pricing analyst, Horan will continue his role managing pricing structures for customers throughout the United States and Canada. Prior to his move to the portfolio management group, he was an international accounting supervisor at CSI. He is based in St. Louis and has been with CSI for 12 years.

Previously payroll accounting manager, Rhodes will continue her role managing payroll and incentive compensation and overseeing all payroll-related accounting. She specializes in sales compensation administration and compensation planning. Prior to CSI, Rhodes held payroll, financial reporting and human resources roles at TTM Technologies, Thomson Reuters, Charter Communications and Time Warner Telecom. She is based in St. Louis and has been with CSI for four years.
