Dext Capital promoted Lou Altobelli to chief sales officer and Rob Stackhouse to CFO.

Altobelli will have responsibility for all sales activities for Dext Capital. Altobelli has leveraged his more than 30 years of healthcare lending experience to lead Dext Capital’s direct sales team over the last three years. Last year, the company grew more than 50% from the prior year and closed programs with several new manufacturers.

According to Dext Capital, Stackhouse has demonstrated strong financial leadership and sound business decisions during his first year at the company. As a direct lender, Stackhouse’s role is to optimize the company’s capital strategies and establish solid processes and controls as Dext Capital manages its growth.
