DLL’s Proprietary @onceCF Processing Hub Now Live in 19 Countries

DLL’s commercial finance global business unit’s proprietary processing hub, @onceCF, is now live globally in 19 countries, 17 languages and 11 currencies. @onceCF enables commercial finance customers to control account management and invoicing processes. The implementation and migration from a third-party provider to a DLL-owned system was completed over 18 months.

The completed migration to a proprietary system was the first phase of a three-phase evolution for the @onceCF system. Phase two will begin this year, with the system becoming available in more countries. The business is currently targeting Poland and South Korea for this phase. Phase three will take place over the next three years, with the system transitioning to an upgraded interface with customer-driven enhancements and increased functionality.

@onceCF provides one central communication and administration channel for all DLL commercial finance partners’ operational and sales activities.

“The completion of this migration is a true reflection of our local and global teams working together to equip our partners with complete control of their account management activities,” Mark McGovern, president of the commercial finance global business unit at DLL, said. “The robust functionality and back-end capabilities of the @onceCF system allow us to create truly custom programs that are unique to customer needs. Additionally, its global availability serves as a key differentiator for DLL, enhancing our value proposition for international partners.”
