The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association (ELFA) has named Daryl Muller as its new chief operating officer and corporate secretary.
Muller brings extensive experience in organizational leadership, strategic operations and membership growth. Most recently, he served as managing vice president of Membership and special advisor to the CEO at the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), where he spearheaded high-impact initiatives, including a significant expansion of NAM’s membership.
As chief operating officer and corporate secretary, Muller will be instrumental in enhancing internal operations, strengthening cross-functional collaboration and ensuring the organization is positioned for long-term success. He will also serve as a key strategic partner to Leigh Lytle, president and CEO, and the board of directors.
“Daryl’s expertise in operational strategy, team leadership, and membership growth makes him the right leader to help us scale our impact,” Lytle said. “His experience will be critical as we continue to evolve, ensuring we remain efficient, innovative and member-focused.”
Since joining ELFA, Muller has already engaged with leadership, key stakeholders and members, including participating in the executive committee of the board of directors Spring 2025 meeting. His proactive approach and dedication to ELFA have been evident from day one.
“I am excited to join ELFA at such a pivotal time,” Muller said. “The organization’s dedication to its members and its vision for the future are truly inspiring. I look forward to collaborating with the team to drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional value to our members.”
