The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association appointed Heather Staverman director of meetings and exhibits, effective September 10. In this position, Staverman will plan, manage, implement and promote several business development conferences, exhibitions and awards programs.

Staverman formerly worked at the American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing in Bethesda, MD, where she was assistant director of communications and meetings Manager. In that role, she led the daily operations for the events team, oversaw strategy and planning of meetings and special events and led various committees.

Prior to ASPRS she was a program manager at the National Association of Home Builders in Washington, D.C.
