ELFA Opens Registration for 61st Annual ELFA Convention in October



The Equipment Leasing and Finance Association opened registration for the 61st ELFA Annual Convention, Oct. 9-11 at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort in Marco Island, FL. The convention brings together professionals from across the $900 billion equipment finance industry to learn and network. The early-bird registration deadline is Aug. 1.

“I’m really excited about the convention theme, ‘Welcoming Change as Opportunity,’” Mike DiCecco, board chair at ELFA, said. “Change is all around us, and we’re going to talk about how to leverage new developments in the marketplace.”

“There’s nowhere else you can connect with so many members of the ELFA community in one place,” Ralph Petta, president and CEO at ELFA, said.

The agenda for the 61st ELFA Annual Convention features a wide range of educational sessions on industry hot topics, including:

In addition to the breakout sessions, general sessions will feature keynote speakers. Silicon Valley veteran Dex Hunter-Torricke will share insights on the impact of future technology on business; Ginny Clark, former director of executive recruiting at Google, will tackle the hot topic of the changing workforce; and geopolitical analyst Peter Zeihan will provide an update on how world trends are shaping the future.

Attendees also will have the opportunity to participate in interactive networking opportunities, visit an exhibit hall showcasing industry solutions and give back through community service projects.
