William G. Sutton, president and CEO of ELFA, will give the opening keynote address at the 2011 Expo Regional Meeting of the National Equipment Finance Association (NEFA), on November 7, at the Teaneck Marriott Glenpointe, in Teaneck, NJ.

Sutton will discuss the state of the equipment leasing and finance industry and its outlook for 2012, and provide his perspective on the Washington regulatory and political landscape.
