Energage, an organization that develops solutions to build and brand top workplaces, ranked First American Equipment Finance 29^th on its 2022 list of the top workplaces in the United States with between 150 and 499 full-time employees. This is the second year First American has earned a spot on the list, which is built on Energage’s 15-year history surveying more than 23 million employees across more than 70,000 organizations.

Energage’s top workplaces list offers national recognition for organizations of more than 150 full-time employees and those that may have operations in multiple markets. Several thousand organizations from across the country were invited to participate in the survey, and more than 1,100 did so. Honorees were chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey. Results were calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 culture drivers that predict high performance against industry benchmarks.

Over the past five years, First American Equipment Finance’s new business volume has grown from $606 million in 2016 to $1.38 billion in 2021. During this time, the company created 90 new positions at its Rochester, NY, headquarters.
