Energage, an organization that develops solutions to build and brand top workplaces, ranked United Rentals 37^th on its 2022 list of the top workplaces in the United States in the large company category (2,500 or more employees).

Energage’s top workplaces program has a 15-year history of surveying more than 20 million employees and recognizing top organizations based on survey feedback. For this year’s awards, more than 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the employee engagement survey.
