T.J. Gill has joined ENGS Commercial Finance as vice president, business development manager to the company’s factoring subsidiary, ENGS Commercial Capital.

In this role, Gill will focus on establishing new business relationships in the Southeast in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, staffing, technology and transportation. Gill brings more than 25 years of experience in the factoring and asset-based lending industry with organizations such as TAB Bank and LSQ Funding Group, and has held various management roles throughout his career in the financial services industry.
