Equipment Broker School Launches CRM for Equipment Brokers

Equipment Broker School, an online training course for the equipment finance and leasing industry, released Equipment Broker Platform (CRM), a system for equipment finance and leasing brokers and short-term working capital brokers.

“Equipment Broker School has always been an elite, enterprise level training company, but today we can proudly say that we have the best CRM in the industry for brokers,” Josh Feinberg, co-founder of Equipment Broker School, said. “We listen to our members and the brokers in our industry. We are all about continuous improvement, and we are excited to deliver a next-generation platform that increases the revenue potential for brokers. We put a lot of resources into Equipment Broker Platform, and our commitment to innovation further positions Equipment Broker School as the best equipment financing and leasing training course in the country.”

Equipment Broker Platform delivers customized lead management automations, application tracking and notifications, communications and contact management features, and the ability to run marketing campaigns to help close more leads and improve the overall customer, vendor and ISO experience. The CRM offers a customizable dashboard that highlights important key performance indicators.

An integrated phone system with Twilio allows for views of client and owner profiles, providing information meant to help improve conversions and owner relations. Call recordings give users the ability to review and critique sales calls, while add-ons were designed to help with communicating with prospects, current customers, vendors and ISOs.
