Equipment Broker School is releasing a new in person exclusive training called, “Equipping The Dream Experience,” which will be hosted at Everlasting Capital headquarters in New Hampshire.

“Now is your chance. It became an idea almost immediately after filming of season 1 of Equipping the Dream. The contestants went home, the camera crew left, the senior finance managers left, Murphy and I were left at the office. We were fired up, and excited that what we have always dreamed about just took place,” Josh Feinberg, President and CEO of Everlasting Capital, said. ”We were about to show the entire industry, and potentially the world what we are so passionate about.”

Equipping the Dream was created not just to become the first sales reality show in the world — but to show the reality of the struggles that salespeople face, especially in the beginning, while teaching the techniques and skills needed to succeed.

“It became clear to Feinberg and I that some brokers need hands on training. It is not an easy task to learn the craft of speaking with business owners, epically if [you’re] brand new or don’t have five-plus years of experience. It is also not an easy task of learning the innerworkings of deals, if you don’t have any.
