Equipment Finance Cares to Host Next Event on June 21 in Roseville, MN

Equipment Finance Cares will hold its next event on June 21 from 1:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. CST at the Midland Hills Country Club in Roseville, MN.
“We are excited to go back to where Equipment Finance Cares started in 2021,” Jesse Johnson, vice president of sales and marketing for JDR Solutions and founder of Equipment Finance Cares, said. “We are grateful to Honour Capital for hosting and our sponsors for making these events possible.”
There will be two panels at the Minnesota event, while Ben Utech, chief culture officer at True North Equity Partners, will be the event’s featured speaker.
The first panel will focus on the human side of innovation. Deb Reuben, CLFP, of TomorrowZone will moderate the panel, which will include Tawnya Stone, CLFP, of GreatAmerica Financial Services; Jeffrey Bilbrey of Leasepath; Nancy Robles of Eastern Funding; and Daryn Lecy, CLFP, of Oakmont Capital Services. The panelists will talk about the realities of enabling innovation for a high-performance team.
The second panel will focus on emerging talent. Sean McKenna of Great American Insurance Group will moderate the panel, which will include Katie Thompson of Siemens Financial Services; Jacob Fahl, CLFP, of Mitsubishi HC Capital America; Kristi Schon of Channel Partners Capital; and Harrison Smith of Stonebriar Commercial Finance. The panel will feature discussions about what younger generations are looking for in an employer, how to engage the younger work force, the best ways to recruit and retain young talent and how to incentivize younger talent.
Equipment Finance Cares is a platform that showcases how equipment finance professionals and organizations are giving back to their respective communities. During this event, Equipment Finance Cares will showcase Love Life Now, the Equipment Leasing & Finance Foundation, the Chris Walker Educational Fund, the Slipka Foundation, Technovation MN, St Theresa’s Orphanage Foundation and Minnesota Good Works.
