Equipment Finance’s STRIPES Leadership Program Launches Cohort II



STRIPES Leadership Program, the professional and personal leadership development program designed to challenge and inspire best-in-class leaders within the equipment finance industry in partnership with Monitor, launched its second cohort of participants on March 1.

The second STRIPES cohort includes 21 of the equipment finance industry’s best and brightest. After a comprehensive onboarding process with the STRIPES leadership team over the past few weeks, STRIPES participants launched their leadership development journeys last week with the Three-Day Breakthrough Intensive Program facilitated with STRIPES’ educational partner, Gap International.

The Three-Day Breakthrough Intensive Program is a transformational program for causing real change with leaders and teams. The program instills the practices of breakthrough thinking, dispelling existing frames of thinking from the past and removing barriers to producing extraordinary and unprecedented results. Every STRIPES participant completes the Three-Day program by creating a breakthrough “capstone” project within their accountability at their respective organizations.

STRIPES participants will be moved and inspired, they’ll be confronted and challenged and they’ll ultimately take ground and develop into the leaders and creators for the future of the industry.
