Rinaldi Advisory Services and Executive Solutions for Leasing and Finance entered into a partnership. Rinaldi Advisory Services, led by Bob Rinaldi, was recently founded to provide consulting services to firms within the equipment finance industry. Executive Solutions for Leasing and Finance, led by Jon Gerson, was founded in 1990 as an executive search firm focused on the equipment finance industry.

This partnership brings together Rinaldi Advisory Services’ industry experience with Executive Solutions for Leasing and Finance’s human capital and talent expertise, and will provide guidance on sales, marketing, operations and underwriting as well as strategic and organizational planning with the addition of services in executive search, interview efficiencies and talent pipeline development, including succession planning.
