First A380 Returned to Lessor; Market for Used Superjumbo Uncertain



According to a post that appeared on Airlinegeeks.com, the market for superjumbo aircraft is in question following the news that the first Singapore Airlines Airbus A380 will be returned.

The aircraft will be returned to Germany-based Dr. Peters Group which participates in the field of aircraft investments with 17 aircraft currently in its portfolio, including an additional three A380s that will be coming off lease soon, according to Airlinegeeks.com.
