Honorees of the FORTUNE Best Workplaces lists are selected primarily based on employees’ confidential responses to the Trust Index Survey, administered by third-party workplace culture consultants Great Place to Work. Results from the survey are highly reliable, having a 95% confidence level and a margin of error of 5% or less.
