First American Ranked No. 14 Large Company Culture

First American Equipment Finance ranked No. 14 among high performance cultures with 100 or more employees in the U.S. in Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Culture List.

To develop the ranking, Entrepreneur, in partnership with Culture IQ, surveyed employees across First American and other organizations to determine the employees’ perspective on culture. Employee feedback and comments were then scored based on an algorithm.

The study measured 10 areas that are predictive of high-performing cultures, including collaboration, innovation, agility, communication, support, wellness, work environment, responsibility, performance focus and mission and value alignment.

“We are honored to be named a Top Company Culture by Entrepreneur and Culture IQ,” said Alan Sikora, CEO of First American Equipment Finance. “At First American, our colleagues genuinely respect and care about one another. We have great people working hard toward a shared vision. But we also know that to stay successful, we need to challenge one another to get better each and every day.”

A high-performance culture has translated to positive business results for First American. In fiscal 2016, First American grew new business volume by 46%, which is the company’s fourth straight year of more than 25% growth.
