FORTUNE and Great Place to Work named First American Equipment Finance the No. 25 best medium-size workplace in the U.S.

The accolade was based on anonymous employee responses to a survey about their levels of trust, pride and camaraderie at work. Consulting firm Great Place to Work reviewed the survey results of more than 52,000 employees from hundreds of companies in the ranking process.

The survey found employee trust fuels business performance. Companies on the best small and medium workplaces lists have roughly three times the revenue growth of their peers.
