First Citizens Bank appointed Richard Dooley IV as senior vice president, equipment finance operations, according to a LinkedIn post from Dooley. Dooley has been with the bank for over two years and previously held the role of director of operations.

Prior to First Citizens, Dooley spent six months as senior manager, indirect tax at EY. Prior to that, Dooley spent six years with CIT as vice president, sales tax and five years with KPMG U.S., first as a tax associate, then as senior associate, tax.
