First Citizens Bank appointed Renata H. Spencer as chief of staff to the chief risk officer, according to a LinkedIn post from Spencer. Spencer has been with First Citizens for over 10 years, previously serving in various vice president roles, including senior accountant SEC reporting, senior risk officer, manager of risk governance and operations and regulatory relations manager. Prior to her recent promotion, Spencer was the bank’s senior vice president, head of regulatory regulations.
