The Equipment Finance Department of First Foundation Bank promoted two team members.

Garrett Reetz was promoted to VP/credit manager. Reetz joined First Foundation in 2016 as credit officer. As the credit team and department has grown, Reetz has grown with it. Reetz now manages the entire credit team, including credit adjudication, policies and procedures, collections and asset recovery. Reetz reports to Mike Mayfield, First Foundation’s SVP/Equipment Finance Department Manager.

Keo (Kayo) Chanthavong was promoted to a lease/loan servicing specialist II. Chanthavong joined in 2018 as a lease/loan servicing specialist I with an extensive background in the operations side of the equipment financing industry. Chanthavong will continue to report to Bree Johnson, AVP/operations manager. However, Chanthavong will be taking on new customer service and supervision responsibilities in her new position.

The First Foundation Bank Equipment Finance Department provides no direct lending programs and solely grows by funding relationships with independent leasing and finance companies.
