First National Capital (FNCC), a commercial equipment and aviation finance provider, announced that Brian K. Crogan joined as vice president of Sales.

Crogan most recently served as vice president of Sales for California First National Bank in Irvine, CA where he was an awarded provider of equipment leasing and asset-based lending products for middle market and large corporate companies.

Previously, he served as both a district sales manager and account manager for the Vendor Finance group at California First National Bank.
