Fleet Advantage, a provider of specialty financing, fleet data analytics, fleet management services, and life cycle cost management, has promoted six employees across multiple departments, reinforcing its commitment to leadership development and operational growth. The promotions come as the company continues expanding its fleet financing, analytics, and management services.
Jackie Dusseau, CLFP, has been named vice president of Data Analytics and Corporate Development after six years with the company. She has played a key role in strengthening analytics capabilities and cross-departmental collaboration. Dusseau is also active in the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association’s Emerging Talent Advisory Council and will now oversee corporate development initiatives.
Sandra Hora, CLFP, has been promoted to director of Funding. Since joining Fleet Advantage in 2019, she has led funding coordination efforts and managed relationships with financial partners. In her new role, Hora will oversee credit approvals and funding processes to support the company’s financial strategies.
Tracy Derival steps into the role of Marketing and Digital coordinator, having contributed to the company’s digital presence since 2020. She has been instrumental in launching Fleet Advantage’s “Driving Success” podcast and will continue to expand digital marketing initiatives.
Katelyn DeStefano has been promoted to senior operations administrator. She has played a significant role in streamlining workflows and training new employees. In her expanded role, DeStefano will oversee operational efficiencies and Dealer Services responsibilities.
Elizabeth Gomez has been named director of Marketing and Community Outreach. With seven years at Fleet Advantage, she has helped shape marketing strategies and led initiatives for the company’s Kids Around The Corner Foundation. Recently earning a Business Specialist – Marketing degree, she will continue driving branding and community engagement efforts.
Stephen Royer, CLFP, has been promoted to senior accountant. With nearly a decade at the company, he has managed billing operations and internal financial processes. His new role includes additional supervisory responsibilities aimed at improving efficiency within the accounting team.
