F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB) announced Wednesday that its primary subsidiary, First National Bank, has been named a Top Workplace USA for the fifth consecutive year.
The award, presented by Energage and USA Today, is based entirely on employee feedback. FNB has received the recognition every year since the award’s inception in 2021.
Energage, a firm that specializes in workplace engagement research, also has recognized FNB in categories such as Financial Services and Culture Excellence, citing the company’s efforts in innovation, leadership, employee development, and diversity. Regionally, the bank is frequently named a Top Workplace in markets including Pittsburgh; Northeast Ohio; Baltimore, Maryland; and Charlotte, North Carolina.
“This recognition reflects the environment we’ve built to support our employees,” said Vincent J. Delie Jr., chairman, president and CEO of F.N.B. Corporation and First National Bank.
Under Delie’s leadership, FNB has earned more than 70 workplace-related honors, including a spot on Newsweek’s 2025 list of America’s Most Admired Workplaces. Delie was also named CEO of the Year in 2024 by The CEO Magazine.
Headquartered in Pittsburgh, FNB operates approximately 350 banking offices across seven states and Washington, D.C., with nearly $49 billion in total assets. The company provides commercial and consumer banking services, as well as wealth management through its affiliate network.
