FNB’s Delie Named Top U.S. Bank CEO, Company Earns National Culture Awards

F.N.B. Corporation (NYSE: FNB) Chief Executive Officer Vincent J. Delie Jr. has been named one of the top 50 CEOs in the U.S. by Brand Finance, placing among the top five bank CEOs nationwide, the company announced Wednesday.

Delie was recognized in the 2025 Brand Guardianship Index for leadership, brand stewardship and creating long-term shareholder value. The index, published by global brand valuation consultancy Brand Finance, is based on insights from nearly 5,000 equity analysts, journalists and members of the public.

A key factor in Delie’s ranking was his emphasis on innovation and technology, particularly FNB’s digital platform, eStore®. He also outperformed executives from some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

“FNB’s third-party workplace awards and recognition are directly attributed to our employees, who live our core values and embrace our digital strategy,” Delie said in a statement.

FNB also earned multiple national Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards from Energage, an independent workplace research firm. The 2025 honors mark the fourth consecutive year FNB has received Culture Excellence recognition.

This year’s awards include categories for Leadership, Innovation, Purpose & Values, and Work-Life Flexibility, highlighting FNB’s focus on employee success and workplace culture.

The company was also named one of Newsweek’s America’s Most Admired Workplaces for 2025.
