Former CFA Head Trojan Charges Whistleblowing Caused Firing



The Huffington Post reported  former CFA Executive Director Robert Trojan has filed a lawsuit against the CFA and Wells Fargo, charging he was fired after reporting a conflict of interest between Wells and the bank’s auditors, Freed Maxick, to CFA president, Andrea Petro.

Petro, the CFA’s current president, is an executive vice president in Wells Fargo’s ABL group.
