Converge 2025 — the flagship virtual experience redefining the future of customer engagement in equipment finance — has announced Jim Kelly as its official host.

Kelly, the former Chief Commercial Officer of Wells Fargo Commercial Capital and President of GE Capital Vendor Finance, is a familiar name in the finance world. With a career spanning more than three decades across leadership roles in corporate lending, energy finance, and vendor programs, his industry insights are matched by few.

But today, Kelly’s work looks a little different. From Summit High School in Colorado, where he now teaches leadership and coaches youth sports, he continues to shape mindsets — just in new arenas.

In a personal message to the industry, Kelly shares why he believes Converge 2025 is not just another conference, but a call to action: “We’re at a critical juncture. The old playbook isn’t enough. Converge is where we challenge ourselves to look forward, build differently and lead with purpose.”
