FSW Funding Hires Augustniak, Klein, Expands Midwest & Eastern Teams

FSW Funding hired Griffin Augustniak as a portfolio analyst and Cynthia Klein as a business development officer. Both will help support FSW’s continued growth and expansion in the Midwest and East, with Augustniak based in Chicago and Klein based in Jacksonville, FL.

“Griffin has several years of experience and is a great addition to our back office. He will help FSW service clients based in the Midwest and East where we have seen quite a bit of growth opportunity,” said Robyn Barrett, founder and managing member of FSW Funding.

Augustniak began his career in factor financing as a collateral analyst with Bibby Financial Services and later moved into an account executive position.

Barret added, “We are excited to have Cynthia Klein help FSW continue to grow the portfolio in the Eastern part of the US. Klein’s long history as a banker and asset based lender has helped her grow an extensive network of referral sources and prospects, which will continue our growth in the Eastern US.”

Klein began her lending career with JPMorgan Chase in Chicago and Portland, OR. She then worked for MB Financial, Bank of America and Citi Bank as a business banker. In 2017, Klein serves as an asset-based lending business development officer for Bibby Financial Services and then Amerifactors.

Based in Phoenix, AZ, FSW Funding is a factoring firm that offers flexible and affordable lines of credit to small and mid-size business-to-business and business-to-government companies.
